Crafting is a much cheaper way to acquire the best gear in Cyberpunk 2077 compared to buying it from vendors – provided you’re willing to dedicate some of your limited and hard-earned attribute points to Technical Ability.
But once you’re specced out in crafting, you still need to know where to find the crafting specs.
There are a few things to be aware of:
1. This is not an exhaustive list, it will be updated as we find more.
2. These are missable! It is possible for Suspected Organized Crime Activity bosses to not drop the crafting spec due to a glitch, and if you don’t pick it up, you can’t come back later and get it – so pay attention when you’re doing one and make sure you reload from a quick save if this happens to you.
3. We’ve listed the level that the crafting specs dropped at for us, though it does appear to be dependent on the level of your character.

Location: found on the roof of the Afterlife. You will need Reinforced Tendons or Fortified Ankles equipped.

Location: Found in Adam Smasher’s room on the Ebunike. You must have completed the game and selected “OK, one more gig”.

Location: Found during the Greed Never Pays gig in the Japantown subdistrict of Westbrook, right next to the Cherry Blossom Market fast travel point.
There is a door in Wired Head which requires 8 body points to force open.
